# This Week in Extensibility

A weekly roundup of the developments that change what people can customize,
automate, and extend in the software they already use. Each issue tracks the
layer most coverage skips: plugin platforms, sandboxes, agentic-web
standards, and the policies that govern plugin ecosystems. It ranks what
happened by how much it actually shifts that layer.

If you build on top of other people's software, or you just want it to stay
